The Department of Heath and Kinesiology (HLKN) offers M.S. degrees in Health Education, Kinesiology, Athletic Training and Sport Management and Ph.D. degrees in Health Education, Kinesiology, including Kinesiology: Specialization in Sport Management. There are 21 degree plans available, with various emphasis, thesis and non-thesis options. Graduate students may also complete coursework to receive a Certificate in Prevention Science.

Online and distance education options are also available.

The M.S. in Athletic Training (MSAT) is a professional level athletic training program for students who wish to pursue credentials as a certified athletic trainer.
