This major is ideal for students who want to study sport management from a business perspective with the goal of entering the sport industry through a field experience. A 13-week internship program, after the completion of course work, provides students with on-the-job experience.  Admission to the professional phase is competitive and not guaranteed. If the application deadline falls over a weekend, Professional Phase and Internship forms will be due the following Monday.
