University SAP 24.01.04.M1.01, Bloodborne Pathogens Exposure Control was recently updated. The Texas Department of Health is now called the Texas Department of State Health Services within the SAP and modifications were made to section 4.1 as they now require a supervisor to notify EHS as a post-exposure evaluation and follow-up procedure. University rule 24.01.04.M3, Hazardous Waste Management Program was recently revised. Revisions were minor in nature. The reference to Natural Resources Conservation Commission (TNRCC) in secion 2.1 was changed to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ). University rule 24.01.04.M5, Radiological Safety was recently revised. Revisions reflect a change in organizational structure.
