Kinesiology is the science of human movement.  The goal of the Kinesiology program at Texas A&M is to prepare students as leaders and innovators in careers in the public education forum and exercise science.  Graduate degrees are offered in such fields as pedagogy and motor development.

The Department is an active member of the American Kinesiology Association. We join in the efforts of the AKA to promote the discipline of Kinesiology as a field of study and to highlight its applications that affect all through research to enhance people's health.
