Distinguished Lecturer Visits Department

The Department of Health & Kinesiology would like to welcome Distinguished Lecturer, Dr. Robert S. Gold of the University of Maryland, to our campus this July.

Dr. Gold is an accomplished researcher and nationally known expert in the application of technology in health education and health promotion. His publications include numerous research and evaluation articles, dozens of pieces of software for organizations such as the Addiction Research Foundation and the American Cancer Society, and commercially published software and textbooks. Dr. Gold is Dean of the School of Public Health at the University of Maryland, College Park.

Dr. Gold will be attending a series of meetings and discussions for students and faculty members. He will also be available for individual appointments throughout his stay.
